RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to reasons relating to hygiene, Nikkies are unable to accept returns on earrings, headwear, swim & intimates. Returns requests must be emailed to our customer service. A return request form will be sent back to you if your order is eligible for return. This form must be included within the return parcel. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all return shipping and freight costs associated. Please ensure all returns are sent with a valid tracking number as proof of postage. Returns will be refunded via the original payment method used to place the order. If you believe your item to be faulty in any way, we are more than happy to discuss the possibility of a credit note or exchange. All of our items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to ensure you only receive the highest quality of products. All returns and exchange enquiries must be submitted via email to nikkies@post.com

 We will only accept returns of full priced goods in the following circumstances: 

  • The goods are received by us within 14 days from the date the goods were received by you according to your tracking information 
  • The original tags have not been removed
  • The goods have not been worn, used, washed, soiled or damaged
  • Please be aware that we do not accept returns on sale or clearance items
